“Adrash Shikshan Prasarak Mandal”, is registered Institution under the Societies
Registration Act 1860 (Reg. No. Mah/310 Dt. 12/8/1997 and Public Trust Act 1950 (Reg. No.
F/5668/Thane Dt. 12.8.1997). The Institution is also registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act 1976 (Reg.No.083850021). The institution is also a member of “All India Committee for Eradication of illiteracy Among Women New Delhi” (Letter No. 160/AlCEW/97 dt. 14/08/1997).
Besides this the institution is also registered under sec. 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act. The Jurisdiction of activities of our institution is entire India.

The main objective of the institution is women and child development with an emphasis that early childhood education (Montessori method) is best achieved by training the mother as well as teacher. The institution runs Schools, Colleges, Hostels, Vocational Training Programme and Self Employments Training Programme etc.
The Institution has many branches in Maharashtra and Gujarat and conducts various educational programmes.
